Starbucks - Dandridge

Everyone is really friendly. Fast service. Everything always comes out perfect.

It’s a good coffee place as you can expect from all Starbucks, service is nice and quick, lots of drink varieties and good quality as always. Just take into account that it’s small and in a grocery store so don’t go expecting a big fancy Starbucks ?!

Holy cow. The most incompetent people we have ever encountered. Couldn't figure out how to ring up a simple order. Failed to complete order. Then tried to double charge the order. Left empty handed and had to call customer service to have our payment reimbursed because the employees didn't have an inkling of an idea on now to do their jobs. Run far away from this place. No one needs coffee that badly.

I represented the coffee interest in many countries. I don't need the drug though.
