I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Annabelle around June 2022 at Red Rooster Dandenong North. She took the utmost care and professionalism in taking my order for a quarter chicken and chips and I have to say it was the most delectable chicken and chips I’ve ever had, I know this is due to Annabelle’s stellar customer service and ensuring my order was prepared to perfection. Please bring her back, you have not been the same since she left.

I visited the restaurant on a Monday evening at 7 PM, and to my surprise, there were no customers in line or inside. I went to place my order for fried chicken, only to be informed that there would be a 15-20 minute wait. This raises the question: what's the point of running a food business if you can't serve food promptly? Overall, I rate the experience: Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.
