Starbucks Coffee - Danbury

During my week-long stay at a nearby hotel, I found the service here to be quick and efficient, and the restaurant was never too crowded. However, it's worth noting that there is no drive-through option available.

The coffee and latte were perfect, and the warmed-up brownie was amazing. A lovely woman even sang "Happy Birthday" to my friend when she learned it was her birthday. She truly went above and beyond. Dining here is always a wonderful experience. Food: 5/5.

I'm not sure if the barista was new, but there was a mix-up with my order. He mistakenly asked another barista to remake a drink that wasn’t even mine. I didn't want to spend extra on a different drink; I just wanted my original order, which would have cost around $22 or $29 in total. On top of that, someone stole the muffin I had purchased. Overall, it was the worst experience I’ve had at this place.

Just not a good Starbucks. Service is slow as molasses and it doesn't make much sense. Staff seems overall disorganized and could benefit from improved leadership or management
