Charleys Cheesesteaks - Danbury

I made a big mistake by deciding to eat here. I entered the restaurant's address into my GPS and was ready to go. I didn't realize it was located in a mall. After spending twenty minutes wandering around the shopping center trying to find the place, I finally arrived only to find my food was cold. When I asked for a refund, I was told that it wasn't possible. I questioned why this information wasn't mentioned on their website, and they explained that they only operated there and that I had to take my food and leave since there were other customers waiting in line. I ended up eating my $26 meal and then went to a real restaurant afterward. Lesson learned: always call ahead!

The food is excellent, but I experienced a 20-minute wait for my meal. The staff had to assist another customer with a specific cooking request, which held up the line. I believe a discount or refund should be offered to compensate for the wait.

I was dining with some friends and was quite disappointed. The sandwich I ordered was terrible—it was mostly broth and very little meat. The meat that was there was visibly overcooked. I sent it back, and the staff were dismissive, claiming I didn’t understand the problem. I did understand, and that sandwich was just bad. You can get a much better Philly at a subway shop for $2 less, and without the rude service.

I love steak sandwiches. yes with cheese but also grilled onions and a nice cold soft drink to top it off. Service has always bern good and also fast and polite. a good place for the family to stop and eat.

First i order 4 sandwich i spend 50 dollar second starting make my sandwich and she forgot one and service another person I have to tell her she forgot one and the las one of the sandwich was with peppers mushrooms onion was nothing on it
