Arby's - Danbury

I just moved back to the area after 12 years. I've been here three times since I came back. the evaluation igive her food is a 5 but her service leaves a ton to be desired! I was only able to order food on my 2nd visit - I was the 2nd car in the drive was waiting in line at 25min before I was in the window. on my first 3rd visit I arrived at 8:30 a.m. and see people in the work, no signs of closing early, so I go to order at the drive thru and was said oh, we are closed because we are shorthand. now, arby 's the rest of the world puts signs up everywhere stating this or they work their assigned hours! if the companies are shorthanded, all in the pitches in does the work of 2 person covers! did they wash the thing or they did it!

I really like Arby's, but I have to give 3 stars due to their Cheddar Ranch chicken sandwich. I expected chicken breast and got 2 tenders on my sandwich.Not sure if this is customary but I was disappointed nonetheless.That's what I get for trying something new.

Ever see those videos where they put propane tanks and other heavy metal objects into that machine and it EASILY chews them up? Well, there's a desperate need to gather up all the bells from Every Arby's and obliterate them in that machine!! NOW!!! I need to add to this. We are at Arby's, not a night club, change the music!! Turn the thermostat up to 72°! It doesn't need to feel like the walk in cooler in the dining room!!

Food is always delish and orders are processed FAST!! 5 stars!!
