Mahe Dana Point

We celebrated our New Year's dinner at Mahe, and both the food and service were exceptional.

I brought my wife here for her 40th birthday based on a recommendation, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. Everything from the appetizers to the main courses, along with the ambiance and service, made this one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Brad went above and beyond to treat my wife like royalty and surprised us with a fantastic dessert. I'll definitely be returning!

I made an online reservation for 6:45 PM. When we arrived, we were informed that we could only eat outside, which was frustrating. I asked about the possibility of sitting inside, but they were unwilling to accommodate us. If I had known this beforehand, we would have chosen a different night to come. I'm very sensitive to outdoor heaters, and it was cold and raining outside. From my seat, I noticed two empty tables inside that were only filled shortly before we left. On the positive side, the food was good, and our waitress was pleasant and attentive.

Service was great but the food was just ok. I wouldn't go there again.

I have brought my wife here for her 40th birthday by a repulsion and my boy is so glad that I did it. From the appetizers and main course to the ambiente and service this is by far one of the best places I have ever eaten. Brad even went out of his way to give my wife the royal treatment and dessert an amazing. I'm coming back in a definitiw!
