La Table Des Blot

Personally the table of blots is one of my favorites, beautiful frame without terrace) reception and service nothing to say. excellent dishes, perfect.

A very nice address, the knives have been too cooked and are at once rubbery, the frog thighs have no taste. The broccoli does not have a beautiful color without particular justification.

The Michelin star table is necessarily an excellent refined table with delicate flavors very well seasoned. We took the menu at the chef's option. Nevertheless, we regret that the menu does not correspond to an online wine with each service. The wine is expensive and offering the adequacy would have been perfect.

Nothing to say about restaurant: impeccable service, excellent tasting menu. the feeling that the dishes were served very quickly but finally the dinner lasted in the two hours to two so sensation to relativize. good explanations of the dishes. The chef serves dessert. prices are in relation to the hotel's standing but for a starred restaurant, it's still reasonable. 5 stars without hesitation for the restaurant. We also took a room, it's a little bit more mixed. spacious and comfortable room but a little old, the bathroom in particular could have more modern amenities. breakfast standard enough. The boss is very kind and welcoming.
