Specifically asked for no tomato or ranch dressing in my burger. Get home and find tomato and burger full of ranch dressing!!!
Short staffed and one of the older staff collecting orders taking away the server so the server can help them get orders. This has been an extremely busy store from once it opened organise your staff better train your staff better. this is ridiculous. I could have trained all your staff so much better and would have been more organised. Also you now gave an app available a gentleman in front of me had to reorder because the staff didn’t have a clue. Training needs to be sorted immediately and the persons who own this franchise and the managers need to come in and see how customers are being treated by frustrated staff. You are not saving any money by having less staff you are losing business. work it out!!!
Rude customer service. Cashier was not aware of their surroundings and served other customers before me that had walked in afterwards and walked straight to the desk with no apology or communication at all. Have always had good service in the drive thru so was very dissatisfied with today’s experience. Some training may be helpful
Slow service waiting 1 hour stuck in the drive thru its meant to be fast food not slow flood... Get your act together we pay alot for **** slow service and you forget half my order and its cold. NOT a happy customer.
