Tomo Sushi Teriyaki - Daly City

Our favorite spot for sushi, and a great date night- sushi and a movie. It feels like family, a place you can go regularly and they know your order and the whole staff waves when you leave.

I've been coming to Tomo for almost 10 years and it's always a hit! I've had very special moments here with loved ones and now I'm bringing my 2 year old girl to enjoy and she loves the miso sup. Fish is always fresh and the chefs and staff are super friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place we just love it and will keep coming back always.

I eat here quite often through DoorDash and the food is typically really good. However the manager/owner is forever not present and if you have issues with food they are rather unresponsive. Including in one case where I had little pieces of clear plastic in my food. They did nothing. Customer service in person is a little better. Sushi is normally really good. Do not recommend the edamame as it’s the smallest serving I’ve ever seen for $6 and there’s no salt. A major disappointment.

Passed by many times so I decided to give it a shot. Pretty crowded but got a table right away, service and food was good. Definitely would be back!
