Cold Stone Creamery - Daly City

I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I waited over 45 minutes for my order, and there was a person named Santiago who was consistently lying to customers and laughing in front of them.

My niece and I ordered delivery, and when we opened the bag, we found that both ice cream cups had tipped over and the lids were off. One of the cups had lost almost all of its ice cream. Additionally, our order was missing some of the mix-ins we requested and included some that we didn't want, and the sizes were incorrect. I will never order delivery from the Daly City location again. I also tried calling about the order but no one answered, even after I called at least a dozen times.

I'm glad to see that some of you have had positive experiences! Unfortunately, I've been planning an order for three days with my kids, and my entire ice cream delivery was missing, along with a waffle bowl. The coordination between Uber Eats and the service from Cold Stone is just disappointing. I spent $60, and Uber only credited me $14, plus an additional $10 after I spoke with someone. I'm recovering from COVID and don’t feel like going out, so if I paid for a service to be delivered, why didn’t it happen? I want to advise everyone, and to the young lady at Cold Stone, please work on your customer service skills; the responses I received were unacceptable. By the way, she also mentioned that they don’t have a supervisor, which is surprising considering that many reviews commend the supervisors!

Lousy Customer Service from a server named Isabella. She stated that the fill-in I was looking for was not available. Though, the fill-in was clearly in a jar right next to the other fill-ins(shown in the picture provided). She outright told me, Oh,that 's just a display. Then proceeds to grab me Nestle Crunch Bar pieces in the display area. I think she gave me expiredfill-ins just to sass me and my ice cream tasted like it had cardboard in it. Never stepping into this location again!

Still one the best ice cream spots the city . Love the options they offer but don't forget about their ice cream cake .
