Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

What a disappointment! My wife and I arrived at the door at 9:30 a.m., only to find it locked. The website states that they close at 10:00 a.m. We tried to open the door as other diners were leaving and overheard one of the young staff members asking another coworker if the door was locked. Is this how a business is run? This wasn’t my first visit here, but it will definitely be my last. I guess Bojangles next door can't be any worse.

The location of Zaxby’s struggled to manage the lunchtime rush, resulting in an incomplete order and an excessively long wait for what is supposed to be fast food. Other customers were clearly unhappy as well. If the franchise owner is reading these reviews, it might be worth taking a hands-on approach to improve things. I don’t plan on returning here anytime soon.

Zaxby has pretty good huh. sometimes the weight can be a bit long when they try to go to the drive-thru, but for the biggest part it is pretty good. also the salads are present. I don't always go here, but at any time I want a good salate that I really don't mind driving the distance to get one because the salate here is full of mine. I hope you have your meals.

I ordered sandwiches and the cashier told me they don't come with zaxby's sauce. He was really mean. While before everytime I order a sandwich I always get a sauce.

Sometimes you're just in the mood for some quick food, and Zaxby's never disappoints. Great service at this location. It was clean and the food was as expected at any of their locations. Love this spot
