Great American Cookies - Dalton

My wife had placed an order for several of the cookie decorating packs to be picked up at a certain time/date. When she arrived to pick them up, the order had not processed and it wasn’t ready. Upon review, it was an error on our side of things, but the folks at the store were so gracious and helped fill the order immediately anyway. All of the employees pitched in to help out, and the manager was pleasant and helpful throughout. They helped make our pre-Christmas gathering happen as intended, and we are so thankful for their diligence.

This store is the best Great American Cookie store my family has ever visited. Their cookies are always fresh . We order several cakes from here every year and they are always even better than what we asked for !

I just wanted to say that one of the girls at the Dalton, GA location, Sarah Beth, did an awesome job decorating a cookie for one of my coworkers birthday today! He loved it and it meant a lot to him.

GACC in Dalton has always been wonderful. Wendy and her staff are the best around. This is always our go to location for cookie cakes! With four kids we get cakes numerous times a year, for many years, and they are always perfectly decorated, kind to help us design exactly what we want, and very fresh. Definitely order!

Absolutely love this place especially our local Dalton store! The girls at this location are the BEST!
