Val's Cheesecakes, The Shop

Best cheesecake I have ever had in my entire life. There have a wide selection of phenomenal and creamy cheesecakes in both slices $8.50) and jars $6.50 I believe) but I always get slices because they’re a hefty portion to satisfy my cravings! Not only is the cheesecake good, but the service is so welcoming. I could go on and on about how sweet and kind this staff is, especially Val, they have been there every time I’ve gone to grab a slice and their cheesecakes are clearly a passion. I loveeeee the staff, I love the service, and I love the cheesecakes! My personal favorite is the banana pudding because it is the PERFECT amount of banana and tastes natural! Grabbing cheesecake on the weekend has become a routine for me and it satisfies me every time. Love this wholesome and warm business and I will support it for as long as I live in Dallas. Wife took me there and it was amazing. Was actually pretty easy to park, wait was not that long and it gave you time to look at the many different options they had. Menu had pictures of each cheesecake and it was very visible for everyone to see. Staff was nice, knowledgeable and accommodating. We hot our cheesecake by the slice and the were served in individual to go boxes. We opted to eat ours there as they had a long table with chairs past the registers. The cheesecake was very good. It was fresh and they put just the right amount of strawberry stuff on. The cheesecake had alot of flavor and was not to reach or heavy. There were 5 in our group and all were extremely happy. Price was affordable and worth it.

Lately I’ve tried to lay off the sweets! Although this spot is right by my place I have to support the local business so why not cheat a bit! LolBoth of these were amazing. I planned to eat them on separate days but ended up eating thin both in the same 30min time frame!The Oreo crust is amazing and who can resist pecans and Carmel?If you’re in lower Greenville and ride pass this spot please stop in! If you regret it I’ll buy you nothing at all but I’ll know your taste buds are out of whack! ??

Yum! Lots of great flavors, and fair prices. I got a jar instead of a slice but wish I got a slice because it was delicious and had me scraping for more. Definitely check this place out

I decided to give this restaurant a try this evening, but unfortunately, there was a power outage. Initially, I thought about coming back another day. The staff wasn’t particularly attentive, so I would rate customer service a 5 out of 10. The associate informed us that she couldn’t take our order because of the outage and suggested we order online instead. I ended up ordering the turtle cheesecake, but in my opinion, it was just an average cheesecake—not anything special, and I’ve definitely had better. However, I would still recommend others to check this place out, as my experience might not reflect the overall quality.
