Not interested in companies that need to push their politics while serving a cup of coffee

It was really nice, clean, and calm. All the seating areas were full but we found a spot just for us. Enjoyed the atmosphere even when we decided to ignore the (2) loud speaking young ladies standing directly behind us having a mean girl conversation.

The Lakewood Starbucks that was on La Vista moved down the street, and reopened in this sweet new spot. There is way more parking, and the space inside is awesome with lots of seating. There is not a drive thru so pull up a chair and enjoy all your Starbucks' favorites in a cozy setting. PS I saw several of Dallas' finest policeman visit this location, and that is always a good feeling in case a Karen situation breaks out while you're enjoying your coffee.

Service sucks. Was waiting for a pastry after already receiving my drink. Other people were ordering and receiving their drinks as I still waited right at the bar. At one point, they were caught up with drinks with nothing to do and still saw me standing at the bar but didn 't say anything. Wasn 't until I went spoke up that they said, oh yeah we are out of cheese danishes. What else do you want? I was trying to be patient with them but just felt like they were ignoring anyone waiting at the bar. Like why else would I be waiting at the bar and just staring at y 'all work?
