Have way of cash for payment as well. And every other food delivery venue does fine with cash, wear a tighter belt. Customers always right.

After the Uber Eats courier absolutely dropped the ball and left me stranded with a group of people waiting for their food, Jennifer came to the rescue. I was frazzled as I didn't have my car to come get them and my boss was losing patience. She was a consumate professional, she was completely calm, patient and kind. Your company is VERY fortunate to have her. I have told everyone in my department what happened and could not reccommend Primo Brothers in Dallas more. She even remade the pizzas so they would be fresh. And the food was delicous! Side note I could hear the manager in the background asking about the situation and he was just as cordial as Jennifer. Thank you again Jennifer you are a rock star!!

Great place for a great pie!! For appetizers we had toasted ravioli, calamari and mozzarella sticks. For dinner we had supreme, pepperoni and chicken alfredo pizzas. And for dessert we had NY Cheesecake, chocolate mousse cake and tres leches. Everything was excellent! And our waitress was exceptional!!! Highly recommend!

It was so embarrassing, twelve of us came for lunch all with individual orders and raucous good cheer. I misheard and grabbed a co workers order instead of my own. The staff was so helpful, offering to cover my mistake. The spinach calzone was delicious, but the service really made me feel welcome despite my faux pas. (Fortunately we were able to fix my error as a group, avoiding the extra work and loss Primos would have happily accepted). If anywhere near the high five come eat here!
