Przekaż informację zwrotnąWe sat down for dinner at 9:20pm with a table of 9 and didn 't complete our meal until after 11:45.pm due to the horrendous service we received. I will note that our issue was not necessarily with our server but the food runners and deplorable management running the shift on Friday, August 28th, 2021. Our server explained that things come out family style. What we didn 't expect was 30 45 minutes between all of our items. The issues: 1) a good runner brought out two steaks, a 12 oz strip and apparently a second 12 oz. Those who ordered the steaks immediately noticed the second 12oz was significantly smaller. After a quick discussion we asked if it was possible that the 2nd 12oz was confused for the 8 oz filet another couple at our table ordered. We were told we were wrong. Upon cutting into the 12 oz we found it well done instead of medium rare as requested. When we asked our server if it was indeed a mistake she went to the kitchen and came back to tell us that there was after all a mistake and that the second 12 oz was coming for those who ordered the filet. This is where it goes to a level where management should 've been involved. Their SOLUTION was that the guy who got the filet could eat that and we would get the 12 oz strip. We had to ASK for the steaks to be cooked as we asked proper size, cut and temperature. Big mistake that took another hour for a medium rare 12oz and a medium filet. In between this the other orders come out slower but seemingly correct. The manager, presumably, has come out to our server station FOUR times, looks at our table and never once touches the table, offers any apologies or any other solution. At 11 our steak(hold on..)finally arrives only for them to be RARE to the point of uneditable(and they were not eaten) and the 12 oz was never prepared. 2) checks took 45 minutes to get correct because the first three times they came out there wasn 't a single one right. We split it by couples/families so there was 3 total. Both patrons who ordered the steaks had to pay for them even though one NEVER showed up and one wasn 't able to be eaten or cooked up...the kitchen had closed. one check had appetizers on it that never arrived. WE had to point that out no discounts were offered What was offered was the statement of please come back and see us I promise it 's not normally like this. We had over a $450 tab for our group and we ate 3 appetizers, two correct entrees and 2 sides. One couple paid $140 for a meal they never received but after 45 minutes of trying to correct the checks and get it resolved amicably it was an embarrassment to try to further explain how horrible this experience was. Every single person at that table, albeit, the child, has worked in a service industry for at least 5 years. We are in alternative industries now and we wanted to enjoy a nice dinner with our friends. This experience was horrible but EASILY could 've been improved if the manager wasn 't cowardice and approached our table. Maybe we didn 't look worth talking to but it would 've gone a long way for our patience during a less than acceptable service. We tipped our server 20% or above on all tickets because it wasn 't her fault. Management should go through a training on how to deescalate a situation and conflict resolution. Hiding behind the pole 4 times and staring doesn 't constitute true management. We will not be returning to this restaurant unless a true resolution is offered. We will also be posting this on all social media platforms and spreading it by word of mouth to every single employee, friend and colleague that we know. This restaurant is deserving of ZERO stars. Update 9/6/2021, 8:09pm: 8 days later no response here or attempt to contact. Absolutely disappointing.
I had reservation for my birthday but we had to leave. There was no air conditioning in July! If there was some it didn't reach our table. You couldn't breathe. For the price they charge it is not unreasonable to expect a meal in decent temperature. I don't recommend it.
Imagine going to a Texas restaurant in July that you have a reservation to, that isn't a cheap meal, and not having air conditioning. We were there for a birthday and had to leave before ordering bc we felt like we were going to pass out. Stagnant hot air. It was miserable. Ruined our night bc we were downtown with no reservation to an alternative restaurant so we didn't get to celebrate till 11pm. We even checked the ceiling and there was no AC vents.
Bento Box (chicken) was great. They also have a salmon, pork and all veggie option. Service was excellent!
We loved our dinner! Bryce told us what to eat drink. She was a terrific wait person menu advisor. Casey, GM, came by our table twice. Great experience.
