Jerome's Catfish More

This IS NOT 2 pieces of fish. Asked for tarter sauce SPECIFICALLY and recieved basic packages, though I was more than willing to pay for the resturant sauce had it been offered. Got all the way back to work with this subpar offering, called the resturant where she offered to take it back and refund me.....4 hours later. Watch out for this plate at 4pm, as clearly they plan to resell it. Ruined my lunch at my expense. DON'T EAT HERE. I reviewed this place a year ago. POOR REVIEW then and nothing has changed. Overpriced, low value for the cost. Customer service is unfortunately exactly what I expect for this area. POOR!

I ordered a three piece catfish with the bone. I was given Swai fish passed off as catfish. Why are you swindling Swai off for catfish? And charging high prices for a cheap price fish??? SHAME ON YOU. I SO TIRED OF GIVING AFRICAN AMERICANS MY BUSINESS AND GETTING CHEATED. WE'RE NOT STUPID. SHAME ON YOU.

Down in Texas for work, and wanted to try out the local food, looked up places and this spot came up. Drove out and it's kinda a sketchy area, however if I ever come back to Texas I will 100% come back here. The three people behind the counter were very nice and recommended me some good food. The food is good and the people are great, thank you for a great Texas welcome!

Let me start out saying the food is good, customer service is a joke!! i entered 1130 ordered, and i sat, and sat and sat another lady entered and we sat some more the phone is ringing off the hook no one is answering the help is all on their personal phone leaning on the counter, the lady asked why don't you answer i don't want to pile up to many orders, what, isn't that what you in business for money, the grease is not hot he have to cook, what part of the game is that? you open at 1130 someone should be cooking at 1030am, and we wonder why

They don't deliver they never did I wish the people cooking my food would put a mask on most scariest moment when the lady who runs the place Central convenience store love bug spray she shot up we got bugs and I knew she worked at Ronnies I never went back up she said that then I decide to go back in there one day the lady decided to going back in the kitchen with no mask on and cook my food that was it for me
