Jack In The Box - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Tried to call to cancel an order 5 seconds after placing, realizing it was the wrong store, and no answer after multiple calls.

Drive thru ordered burger and tacos. Was cold by the time I got home. Cheese on tacos wasn't even melted... drive thru staff was nice thoughEdit: gave them a second shot. Same exact problem as last time. Drive to where I was going was 5 mins, same as last time. Food was cold. Not warm, no lingering heat, cold. And my taco cheese was not melted at all. :

Jack in the box was fine, the idiot in the acura in front was the issue. When i finally reach the window to get my order,(which was accurate, other jib have issues with that)friendly service, over all service was slow but appeared to be the acuras

After packing my suitcases for my imminent departure the following morning, I decided to visit this fast food restaurant for something to eat. A good 5 minute walk, gambling with the busy roads, I arrived at the place. One Mexican family eating and lots of empty tables. The place was clean and tidy. Friendly server who explained meal deals. I opted for some cheesy jalapeno poppers and Cajun dusted fries and a diet coke for a reasonable price. Had a free refill of my drink which was a nice suprise. Great little place, even the Mexican family engaged in nice conversation.

They are very rude and don’t follow instructions on mobile orders and then will argue with you and then charged me for ranch that I had on my order but didn’t charge the Mexican man but charged me never coming back or sending anyone here worst jack in
