Horrible customer service I call about placing an order. The lady cut me off said there hrs. Of operations and hung up on me. I called back and no answer. Not to mention I've been to the store location twice in 1 day during business hrs and location was not open during business hrs.
The cake was amazing last April. Cake was moist, tasty, and picture perfect. Mrs Grace understood the assignment. Already placed another cake order with her.
10/10!! This lady works magic with an oven and rubber spatula, absolutely wonderful person too. Grace made our friend’s wedding cake and it was so good we had to have her cake for our wedding, phenomenal! Since then, she’s made birthday cakes for both my wife and I. Each were obviously labors of love and delicious, really showed. I don’t think I’ll ever buy a cake from elsewhere after eating Grace’s. I was too excited to eat the cake, forgot to take a picture until after cutting. Oops!
The cake was a hit! It was beautifully made and delicious. I received a lot of compliments
