Dairy Queen - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

I ordered a burger and onion rings. The burger had one pickle slice, one small tomato slice about the size of a fifty cent piece, it had part of a slice of onion (like 2 inche long piece), a dab of mustard on one side of the burger, nothing on the other and a small amount of lettuce.I can safely say I have never seen less on a burger in my life. I also had an order of onion rings (6 small rings) that were over cooked.I think they make a concerted effort to minimize costs. I will never order another burger. I wonder what Warren Buffet would say to this....

Rude individuals. Tried to be “smart” through the speaker when I was ordering and got my order ALL wrong… not so smart individuals after all… Burger wasn’t wrapped right and completely fell out into the bag. Employees tried to act very nonchalant like they didn’t know what I was talking about when I mentioned how their service was. I guess that’s just their regular “ghetto” customer service…

So this is the 2nd time this happens to me I went for a Sunday and the ice cream taste like water !! Every other DQ I go to the ice cream is thick and taste like milk they charged me .25 for whipped cream and I paid them he tells me we dnt have whipped cream I’m like that’s fine it’s not the amount is the principle will never be gng to this location again the ice cream is watered down !!!!

It's 91 degrees outside, but it feels even hotter inside this DQ. I'm not sure if the air conditioning is broken, but it is quite uncomfortable. While I was eating, I noticed a cockroach crawling across the dining area floor. Then, when I went to the ladies' restroom, I found a broken toilet seat that cut my leg, and there was another cockroach in there as well. The cashier was fantastic and very respectful, but the restaurant definitely needs some improvements before I would consider returning.

The tacos were delicious, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the two employees who seemed more focused on loud conversations and swearing. I'm not one to be easily offended, but I was sitting at the farthest table from the kitchen and it felt like they were right next to me. They also didn’t engage in any small talk, and it felt like they looked at me as if I were foolish for trying to connect. I hope the management isn't so desperate that they're hiring anyone off the street. I’m hoping my next visit will be more enjoyable.
