Cava - Dallas/Ft Worth AP

Tamera and Brandon were excellent! The food was delicious Harissa chicken bowl. Yummu!

I absolutely love Cava but this McKinney location is the worst for customer service. No welcomes, no smiles, no interaction. The kitchen and counters where the food is always looks dirty. I placed a to go order on 9/9 with pita bread and dressing on the side.. they didn’t include either one in my bag. When I asked the lady for them there was no apology or even a literal word. Every other cava I’ve been to in Dallas is such a better experience!

I have been hearing about Cava and wanted to try it but they don’t have them in my home state. We were on a trip to Texas so I finally got to try it. We usually try to avoid chains when traveling unless it’s one that we can’t normally get. I was not let down. I’ve been telling everyone I know that if they are ever near one they have to try it.

My first time going to Cava was a few weeks ago. I was thinking that I wouldn't like the food, due to me not being a Big hummus fan. However, the food was pretty good. Also, to top it off the Customer service was great, which is rare to find these days.

As a regular at CAVA, I critique every location I go to and this is by far the best and fav. spot. Everyone is so welcoming and awesome. I have never had an issue with my food they provide me with excellent service. Special shoutout to Kya, Yari and Bree who always put a smile on my face whenever I come in.
