Customer service. Food comes out very fast and great taste and quality for a low price. The fries were so delicious. I have to stop myself from eating too many lol

Oh my, what's bad about this place. Absolutely nothing! What's good is everything on the menu. To the crab, shrimp, chicken tenders, hot wings, fish, and a must try is the blackened catfish and rice. Good strawberry margaritas and michalada's, too. Kid friendly, sports tv's, huge patio area but can be congestive and loud. It must be that it's just that damn good. It's one of my favorite places to eat!Kid-friendliness: They will have something on the menu for kiddos toParking: Parking can be a little full, however their is always room to park. The line will usually be outside the door, but it goes fast. You're not waiting to be seated they take your order upon intrance.

Visited to celebrate my nieces bday as we all love seafood. Great atmosphere, the food was fresh and tasteful.They even announced her bday on speaker at our request. Will definitely return

Big shucks is a restaurant where we have been customers for years, I like the food and the atmosphere, always attended by Mexican-Americans, giving great flavor and service to the people. On this visit they completely changed the workers and the change is really noticeable They made us wait 30 minutes for some wings, a shrimp cocktail and a clam soup, they didn 't have that many people, there were about 8 tables, when we asked what was happening they said our order hadn 't been placed on the board the cashier just shrugged They shouldered them when we asked, and there were 5 workers standing around doing nothing, this change of personnel, changed everything, definitely not returning

Oysters are kind of nasty here.. Happy hour has good prices but I won’t be back. Service was friendlyUpdate They made me sick ?
