Whataburger - Dallas

We visited this restaurant for dinner. The woman at the register was a bit rude when we first arrived. She was the only staff member dressed in black pants and a white shirt, which made her stand out. I asked for a cup of hot coffee, and she responded that there wasn't any available but she would make it anyway, though her tone was quite rude. Additionally, they forgot to include my order of fries and jalapeño ranch, and when I inquired about them, she claimed they didn't have any. Aside from that, the food was good.

I absolutely love Whataburger!! Hey everyone!! I visited this Whataburger around 3 AM and ordered a bacon cheeseburger along with a root beer float. Although they don't officially sell root beer floats, if you request a Dr Pepper shake and ask them to make it with root beer instead, it's delicious! When I reached the window, I noticed five people working diligently to prepare the orders. I’m not complaining because my food was served piping hot! Plus, the guy who made my shake did it perfectly! I would definitely return to this location late at night. Follow me!

It happed twice they make wrong order. I told them don't add tomatoes in my burger but guess what it was in burger. It only happend when i ordered early morning around 1 AM to 3 AM. At this time Staff was not friendly at all. Please fix this problem.

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent. While Whataburger tends to be slower than many other places, I don't mind the wait because the food is always fresh and delicious. It also feels like the same staff has been working here for years and genuinely enjoys their jobs, which makes for a friendly atmosphere. I really appreciate them!
