The Last Stand - Dallas

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The tacos were delicious and reasonably priced. The fried tortilla shells added a delightful crunch, and there was a generous portion of meat on each taco. For just $4, I got two chicken tacos, which made for a perfect lunch. I noticed someone ordering a margarita that was around $8, but I was in a hurry and didn’t get the chance to try one—I'll definitely be back for that! The staff was also very friendly; the guy at the front even brought my food to my car so I wouldn't have to wait in the sun. I might even say this place is better than the previous restaurant!

This could very well be my new favorite spot for lunch. The Tex-Mex burger is absolutely delicious! The onion rings are crispy and have a nice thickness to them. I discovered that the cheese sauce on the burger pairs perfectly with the onion rings.

We ordered the chicken taco (no cheese or guacamole) and chicken burrito with a side of fries. The food was GREAT!! The fries were so crispy and the taco had a deep fried tortilla that was puffy and crispy. It was delicious!

It was a nice day and I was in the area so I stopped in. I was able to get a good parking spot. It was still pretty warm outside but the frozen margarita helped. It was mango flavored. The chicken bowl was delicious. Spicier than I expected but still tender juicy.

Those crispy tacos shells and juicy meats take these tacos to the next level. They are elements that bring me back each time. They are also the point of frustration if you order the food to go because depending on how far you are traveling... the juices from the meat may cause the crunch shell to be soggy on the bottom. Don't take to go. Eat it now. It's delicious.
