Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis was our first visit to Texas Scratch Kitchen and we will be back. I had a burger, a friend had a chicken fried steak and one of our wives had a meatloaf (Angus beef) and the other, salmon. All the entrees were excellent. From our menu choices, you can tell we were in the mood for comfort food and the offerings did not disappoint. All in all, a reasonable value with good food presented in a conversation-enabling venue.
I loved this place. Best service and only problem was making a selection I found soooo many appealing things I wanted to try. Perfect friendly pleasant service. It was a delighful dining experience. Will go again. And Again
Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed our experience here but will say the service was actually a little too keen. I felt rushed and considering the restaurant was half full it wasn't like they needed to turn our table. No sooner had the last bite been put in the mouth, the staff were wanting to take away our plates on an individual basis. Overall enjoyed our visit, food was great and the staff very friendly, next time would like to not feel so rushed. Hope this place makes it
We found the food to be excellent, especially the sandwich breads. However, the flies were a big problem, both indoor and outdoors. That alone would discourage our return. The chairs seemed a bit small as well as some of the tables, I'm sure partly to the lack of space. In a different venue, I think it could be superb.
Had been here before for lunch and been pleased with food and service. This time, for dinner, not so much. I had the meatloaf which I had heard good things about but I found it dry and relatively tasteless. Wife had shrimp and grits and was pleased. Other couple both had burgers and they were satisfied but not overwhelmed. They did say the sweet potato fries were best they have had. Service was haphazard. Waiter had a trainee in tow and it was difficult to tell the difference.
