Additionally, I noticed that some chefs had long nails, which is not hygienic for food preparation. The employees at the drive-thru also lacked proper manners.
This Taco Bell is terrible. The staff are rude and aggressive towards customers, especially in the drive-thru. They don't seem to know how to handle orders from delivery services like Doordash. It's surprising that they are still open when the manager can't resolve customer issues.
The exterior of the restaurant was really impressive, but what truly stood out was the service provided by Megan, the cashier who took my money and gave me my food. Despite appearing tired, she treated me with friendliness and professionalism, making me feel like we were old friends. I was particularly impressed by the delicious Chicken Power Bowl that was prepared by the kitchen staff. The employees at this Taco Bell location are truly the first and best line of defense, given the daily stress they have to endure. I sincerely hope that Megan and all the employees are recognized and rewarded for their hard work, especially during the busiest times of the year.
I like to customize my orders by adding sauces or ingredients that are not typically included, and the restaurant consistently gets it right without any mistakes. The newly renovated space has a minimalist feel and appears clean and organized.
I am only giving this restaurant 4 stars because, even though I love Taco Bell, I asked for no sour cream and it was still included in my order. Everything else was great, as usual, but I am thankful that I am not allergic to sour cream.
