Sushi Robata - Dallas

Food is good, staff are nice, service is embarrassing. My in laws like to come here for family gatherings, I would never recommend it. Inevitably one person's meal comes out 10-20 min later than everyone else's, at least one person has to ask 3+times for something, and they bring things we didn't order. They include gratuity automatically, which I wouldn't have a problemwith if the service were anywhere close to sufficient.

I used to come here so often the lady at the front started to recognize me. We've since moved but take any chance to come back. The food is delicious and fresh and the portions are perfect!

Dunner dare from last month: Disappointed with service kinda overrated. Not sure i?d go back. The only saving grace was chef nuke! His recs were on point. 1 star for fish quality, but service was lacking in the server part. Also, i bit into a grain ofsand or something gritty from an appetizer dish. Nearly ruined the whole experience for me. My left inner molar was sensitivefor several days.

We have visited here a bunch of times and the sushi is consistently amazing! Our waitress was attentive and when we left a bunch of staff said goodbye to us. It's a wonderful little sushi restaurant to eat at!

Honestly, the worst sushi I?ve had in my whole entire life. I ordered the dragon roll and it just smelled off, like really bad. I ate one piece and was immediately turned off by the low quality eel. It was not fresh at all and quite frankly, it tasted likeit had been sitting out all day. There was also something slightly off-tasting about the other roll I had ordered, that onebeing slightly more tolerable. I believe the imitation crab on the inside of that roll to have been the culprit of that one.Overall, really bad and lacking fresh, good quality ingredients. I hate to write bad reviews, but god, their sushi was bad. Saveyourself. Do not come here.
