Sonic Drive-in - Dallas

This is one of my favorite sonics. All of the staff are kind, friendly, and if your a regular they treat you like family!!! I do believe they are understaffed sometimes which is more of a pandemic result rather. Either way all the staff does their best to communicate with their customers and provide speedy service in a professional manor. The food is always hot and made when ordered. Plus they are the ONLY Sonic who can correctly make my Favorite Blue Ocean Water with Vanilla amd Sweet Cream with xtra real cherries!!!

Knocked one star off because I sat forever at a stall (the red button was likely bugged, not their fault) so I had to eventually just go through the drive thru. Great service and everything tasted great!

Sonic saved the day- First the manager on duty was very nice helping me out with specific requests. Then my car battery died in the rain and I would have been stranded if Sergio hadn't gone out of his way to help me jump my car and get it started. He went above and beyond to help me out! Great food, but even greater service at this location. 5 stars!

I've never had a bad customer service experience here. The app keeps cost low
