I was too loud, no one asked for my order. drive them through loudspeaker alerts 3-4 minutes before they are asked for my order. employees underwear showed up because of the pulled pants. not very appealing or professional. duncanville area. not all sonics I've done.

Love the icecream with the candy in it plus I love the onions rings and the service was great cant wait to get another shake.

We placed an online order on the Sonic app and parked in a stall. At this time we had already paid for our order in the app as well. After about 25 minutes we noticed no workers bringing orders out to any vehicles, so we went through the drive thru. 40 minutes later we got our 3 drinks and jalapeno poppers. I'm not sure why no one bothered to contact us through the intercom to let us know about the current situation.

Service was slow. Waited 10 minutes for them to take my order. Drive through was served faster. It was plain ridiculous how slow everything went. Not coming back.

Ordered online checked in waited 20 minutes screen still said in the kitchen went to drive thru waited another 20 minutes with three cars ahead of us did not apologize for not letting us know they were not bringing out our order and still gave us the same watered down drinks and cold food that had been sitting there for almost an hour
