Sketches Of Spain - Dallas

We have been going here since they open and it?s hard to find a place that starts great and stays great. Quality means nothing without consistency. We are lucky Chef Iñaki has decided to come to Dallas and be part of our culinary scene. In almost all of our visits our server has been Eduardo aka Lalo. He is a big part of what makes the experience of visiting Sketches special. Eduardo is very knowledgeable about not only the plates but ingredients. And not only ingredients but pairings. Sketches of Spain is my first choice for bringing people I love that are visiting for food and good times.

Pablo was SO helpful. We loved our trip here. Eduardo was an amazing help while we were pairing wines. We sat for hours and the entire evening was SPECTACULAR. Get the Spanish Cheesecake and thank me later. Special thanks to Hugo for the amazing cocktails all night!

First time at Sketches of Spain. After studying abroad in Barcelona I needed a taste of ?home.? We really enjoyed it. The sangria and paella was amazing. Would highly recommend the seared prawns. Pablo was a wonderful waiter. I would gladly come back anytime.

Wow wow wow! What an amazing experience! I am from Spain and have worked in several Spanish restaurants. This is without a doubt the best Spanish food I have ever had in the US and I have tried a lot of restaurants all over the country. You must order the seafood paella and croquetas!! They were amazing and I can?t wait to go back. On top of that I had the honor of meeting Chef Ignacio Betran, he personally came to our table and was extremely nice and knowledgeable. We are lucky to have him in this country, simply incredible!

The hubby and I have seen the great vibes from this place for a while and have always wanted to visit are so glad we did. Amazing experience from the moment we set foot inside to the time we left. The team were so friendly and welcoming, especially Pablo. He was knowledgeable about the menu and knew what to offer me as a vegan. My husband had prawns and beer, and I had the roasted eggplant and farm paella. We enjoyed our meals and were even offered a second drink on the house. Found a new date night spot!
