Great First Class Customer Service I ordered the Original Sandwich with avocado and jalapeños it was excellent !! Super Delicious… I had to drive to Carrollton from Dallas… the trip was worth it… the place … restroom were clean. Loved this place I’am definitely coming back to this location. Great sandwich. Toasted just right. Flavor was excellent. Just wish it was a bit more meat in the sandwich I had. Parking is snug. Store is clean. Staff is very cool.

I have always liked Schlotzaky's and this location has become my favorite. I was greeted when I walked in the door by gentleman behind the counter. He was friendly, helpful and seemed to go out of his way to serve me. I called him over to ask him if I could speak to his manager as I wanted to let the manager know what a great employee he was. He informed me that his name was Rohan and that he was actually the owner. He definitely sets the example for how his employees should treat customers.
