Salum Restaurant - Dallas

I tried this place for my birthday. it is one of those places to which they would probably never think to go. it takes a while until the food comes out, but it is quality eating and that is worth waiting. our server was great and the ambiente was very beautiful. I had the beef talloin (as on the menu), the gratinkartoffeln were excellent! I asked for the sauce on the side and thanked God that I did because I was not a fan (I am picky though). my friend ordered a hamburger and it was great (of course I tried). all the others at the table seemed to enjoy their eating too! I would recommend if they want to try new, inexpensive, good eating!

The muddles are amazing. chilenischer see bass really surprised me how good it was. I'm not a big fan of fishing, but that made me believe in her again. the sauces/brakes they use are soou good.

We visited our 5th annual day and ordered 3 types of food. first, the muddles went badly. we had to blow it out. second, the lamb steak dish had an egg shell. so I had to spit back. Third, I was surprised when the $32 pasta came out. it seems to be a children's menu and it tasted as if it looked. I had no choice but to leave. so disappointed and ruined a good day.

This is one of our fav places for lunch, but today fell a tad short. I was really looking forward to the pastrami sandwich but it was served on a different bread from last time which did not meet my expectations. Also the fries were burned. This will certainly not stop us from returning.
