Ruggeri's - Dallas

That is not a complaint about ruggeri. this is a complaint about open table that allowed us to book a reservation in a restaurant that seems closed for buildings. when we came to the restaurant and found that it was closed, open table did not let me cancel the reservation and book something else. it always told me to call the restaurant I tried, but they don't accept calls. open table please make sure that the restaurants on their website are actually in operation! and if not, allow the customers to cancel and book their reservations!

Super restaurant with great nightly specialties and good ambiente. the piano player is also great to play the standards and to ask people for their favorites.

We have been on the go for years and discover more hidden gems on the menu. the owner and the employees are very good with customers

It was a most enjoyable evening out. The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. The atmosphere was exceptionally cozy. The entertainment was most enjoyable. This was my third time going to Ruggeri's and have never been disappointed. It was my companion's first visit and she was extremely pleased with the experience. Certainly did provide me with good points. Many thanks for a great evening!
