Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Dallas

I don't appreciate cold fries with my meal that's been sitting for some time they are hard cold and I can barely eat them thanks for ruining my Saturday meal today!!! I will travel all the way to Terell Texas the next time. Something told me not to ever try this raising canes on lake june yet I did I really regret it I have passed by this place the last 4months yet I know why they take no pride in their service here .

They look to be 13 the staff was completely rude she stood at the window on her phone and ignored me then walked away. I told someone else and everyone started laughing. This looks extremely bad for the company. You might want to hire some sort of supervisor for these little teens you all hired.Food: 1/5

My first time visiting and no problems encountered, service was good and fast and speedy. Fries were nice and hot as well as the chicken, my order was correct and everything was fine! Nothing to complain. If I’m ever in the area I wouldn’t mind stopping by this location!
