Pokeworks - Dallas

I enjoyed the variety of toppings available and the fact that they were unlimited. However, I was disappointed with the quality of my bowl compared to other places I have tried, especially considering the price. They were also out of white rice and did not seem willing to make more. Overall, the bowl lacked flavor and did not meet my expectations. On a positive note, the restaurant clearly marks vegan and allergen options on the menu board, which is helpful for those with dietary restrictions.

A little too expensive.Ordered a large umami ahi bowl. Portion size looked more like a regular size. The person at the counter literally put the same amount of meat as the person beside me that ordered a regular bowl. I did heavy on the sauce but it needs a little more flavour. They also forgot the surimi salad that went on top of it. So I was basically charged the large bowl for the amount of a regular bowl with incomplete toppings.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time and was excited to try it out, especially since I hadn't been able to find a Poke restaurant since moving to Dallas. After looking over the menu, I decided to order a Spam roll and a custom Poke bowl. I chose Kale noodles as the base for my bowl, though I wished they also offered spiral zucchini noodles. For my proteins, I selected ahi tuna and spicy salmon. While I found the toppings to be sparse with very little cilantro or kale available and the cabbage looking dried out, the overall taste of my bowl was delicious. The fish was fresh, though the spicy salmon was not as spicy as I had hoped. The Spam roll was also quite tasty, and I would definitely order it again. I washed it all down with a glass of their unsweetened tea, and my meal was complete. Despite some minor issues, I plan to give this place a second chance and hope that the employees are more enthusiastic next time. As for parking, I had no trouble finding a spot on a Saturday afternoon.

It's fine I guess.. it's pricey for what it is. You can definitely get better poke somewhere else. The rice was also not fully cooked.Parking: It's a big shopping center so it has a shared parking lot

My grandson enjoys the food from Pokeworks. You are able to order a poke bowl just the way you like it. The service is always quick and efficient. The prices can be high for what you get though.Food: 5/5
