Pizza Hut - Dallas

Good pizza, much better than any other way in town. I've never had a problem with the online coupons or service. Delivery drivers are chill and polite.

I placed an order in this store over a month ago, never received my order, asked for a refund, talked to Pizzahütten customer service if my order was made safe and it was never. I called Pizzeria Hütte customer service after waiting patiently for my refund for over a month, 3x was separated without a recall. They called them back, took my info and said they would submit a report. They called the store to see if they might transfer my refund to stock loan, but they did not. They stole my money. I would give them less than one star, but apparently leave a review that you need to give at least one. Horrible restaurant and even poor customer service!!!

For the first time with them they were slow and overpriced. When my pizza came, it was very over. Manager was not very helpful said that they were willing to replace the pizza, but delivery would have come back and get it, then they would get me another. Just what I wanted to hear. Let's wait for dinner every two hours. I kept the burned. I won't be back!

I ordered a pizza online. I also paid online for my own comfort. Apparently, this does not mean access to specializations. The Training Special was not advertised online. I paid the regular full price of $19.49 but my pizza would have been $7.99 if I hadn't paid online. I was attentive to the discount I missed when I arrived. I was told that there's nothing the manager could do since I paid online, I'm pretty sure managers could have thought of something, probably just not interested me as a customer. I assume that politics will go forward to mention unforgotten discounts instead of finding a way to keep customers. Like other critics, I will order future pizzas from Dominos (the filled cheese bread is quite large, better than filled crust). I like pizza hat pizza and I gave this place several tries, but I really only had a good experience one of the four times that I went there. I wasn't super disappointed about the product, but the service turned out to be disappointing.

I have ordered from them twice now. Both times the quality of the food was hot and delicious. I ordered the Pan crust with the Garlic Butter flavor. The first time my order was cook extra but I asked for it .This time it was cooked just how I wanted as well. The ingredients were delicious and they don't skimp on the extra cheese. I rarely give 5 stars but for being new and still working things out, they deserve it since I have had only delicious food. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the boneless chicken was pretty small but still tasted great. The wing prices are pretty high to, but my husband had the bone in wings last time and he said they were big and delicious with the Cajun rub. It's nice to have another food option in town.
