Pizza Hut - Dallas

Pizza is good as always but manager helped with modifying my order after being placed on the app. Super appreciate it! Even opened the box so I could see the yummy!

Food is delicious. Although, they could make a little effort to hand deliver the food to the right place via curbside. (Either they can't read... j/k... or they don't bother to read the printout. For instance, I say passenger side... they still come to driver side window. I have a small car and it's harder to take the pizza and pass it across my face to put on the passenger seat. If by passenger window, I just take it and put it down.

Had my food missed several things. I had to take a Uber to the restaurant because they did not answer the phone and ordered my order in this way. Very unhappy to be honest, but the only reason I didn't give a star rating is because only four people work in the store, including the delivery driver. So I felt very bad for her. But I'm upset that I had to pay more money to get my food.

Pizza came 3 hours after my order. The assertion that I have no matching number on the order, but I think it was a problem with the website. Even if I don't have to be smart enough to ask for an apt number. The site also had an old number so they couldn't call me. Okay, that's on me. Should the Pizza Hut account have updated to correct a number I haven't had for 10 years. But why couldn't they send me by email when that was how I placed the order? After I finally called to check the order, it took an hour to send the pizza back. But to complete it, the real reason why I left 1 star was the manager showed zero empathy. If he had just said, "Government for trouble and confusion," I would have been 100 percent okay. Not sure why there are some people's life mission as rude as possible. I recommend a better person talking to your customers. I don't like complaining, but sometimes it's nice to just get an apology that you had a hard time recognition that this manager wasn't ready to do and made me feel worse because of the situation. Especially when it comes to hangry people.

All right, pizza is made fresh, they never messed up my orders. You make sure you open the box and show me my pizza. The parking lot is not the best if the parking lot is full. Otherwise it's a good place.
