I tried to place an order at another place, but it was sent to this ross location. this place always brings my orders wrong. so I tried to order from another location. pizza was wrong and manager said to return the pizza and they can get it back. all notes were ignored by my commands. the alfredo pasta noodles are completely dry with very little sauce. I will no longer order from the pizza hut because it happens repeatedly
People should realize that this business, along with many others, is directly impacted by worker shortages and ridiculously high gas prices. They correct mistakes when they make them and the food is consistently great.
I ordered through the app and order was correct. The pizzas were delicious. Cooked without burning them. I'll order again soon.
My cheesy bread was a little over done... And I wasn't thrilled with the new spicy pineapple chicken pizza. But it was okay
Horrible Horrible experience. I ordered online to be delivered. Usually there is never a problem. But apparently the owner decided to use door dash. Which was stupid. I live a around the corner from the restaurant. But, my kids and granddaughter were visiting so decided to order pizza for them. Before they left to drive home 2 states over. Door dash never showed up. Their driver went somewhere else. Then wouldn't bring me the pizza to the correct address. Which wasn't my fault. So she got a free pizza. Then Pizza wouldn't remake the pizza, it was their mistake not mine. It took me 4days to get my money back. Ridiculous! I wouldn't order from them until they change back to their own drivers. They are loosing a very good customer.So disappointing. Smh. I hope the actual company sees what the franchise owner is doing to their name. Even the workers said they have had nothing but, issues with using door dash. But, the owner refuses to listen. Sad.
