Pizza Hut - Dallas

I ordered from this place on 2/6/22 6:223 pm, per website delivery would be 25 to 35 minutes, my pizza not to me until after 8:15. every time I called that they pick up the phone and then hang up, I could talk to someone to submit a complaint, she tells me that they can't watch my information, and it would take 2 to 3 days until someone calls me back. I wish I could give them a zero rating. I will never order from this place again.

I paid extra for pan crust, but got a thinner crust instead. Toppings for my supreme pizza were very scant. It was hot and tasty still.

I ordered a pizza in the application and I did not receive anything that I ordered and I paid 45 dollars for what I received, very bad service

0 stars if I could. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 3:30pm and the website said 25-35 minutes for delivery but I still expect a 20-30 minute delay. I live a block away from the store. I could have walked but carry out is always double the estimated time that it’s ready anyways. It’s now 5:30pm and I have called the store about 15 times trying to change my order to pickup. I’m going to feel bad for the driver when he comes to deliver (if they ever do) and I have to refuse the order. My stomach is in my back so I’m off to find a different option.

Try actually delivering the pizza. 3rd time ive ordered on the mobile website, only to have it never arrive. Now I have to miss time at work to go beg the store manager for a refund on food I never received.
