Pasta Americana - Dallas

So disappointed with this place. First, I ordered through Grubhub at 8PM. The driver arrived 15 minutes after I placed the order. After an hour I contacted the driver and asked what the hold up was. The driver said Pasta Americana told him there was no order on file and he had to have Grubhub resend the order. He then waited an additional 30 minutes before heading out. He informed me he had to drop off another order but the store assured him my order would be ready shortly. 45 minutes later my order was canceled. He had arrived back and rhey told him there was no orders for me and they where now closed. Never ordering anything from here again if this is Customer Service . They canceled my order at 10:30 pm

The food was good. We order through DoorDash and it came still hot

I bought two orders of lasagna and two salads first off no meat in the lasagna and the salads one had only lettuce in it and the other had everything. I paid 30dollars for something that was right. I won't be back. The girls were very nice. When I got home this is what I paid for. So sad.

They honestly have the BEST flavored tea! We ordered the mango tea which had fresh fruit, absolutely Amazing.

If I could give zero stars I would, spent 58$ on food on Uber eats I got a pasta carbonara, shrimp pasta, breadsticks, and a ceaser salad. No joke I receive 7-12 noodles with a spoon full of sauce on it ice cold from probably 2-3 days ago. No breadsticks, some chili cheese fries cold and stale, and a bowl of lettuce with no sauce. How are you still in business ridiculous
