Olive Garden Italian - Dallas

The wait time was around 35 minutes during peak hours, but it was definitely worth it. The restaurant was very clean and had a pleasant aroma—unlike some other locations I've visited that had that overwhelming cheesy smell. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Our waitress, Michelle, was incredibly friendly, professional, and clearly experienced. My favorite dish on the menu is their salad and bread, but all the pasta dishes received top ratings from my family.

My granddaughter chose Olive Garden to have her 18th Birthday dinner. It turned out to be awesome. We were placed in a private room. The manager personally made sure we were comfortable and accommodated. I really like that touch. Our server Cody was not only able to take all our orders without writing them down. He never missed a beat on anyone's request. He was young so the girls vibed with him which made it even better. The food was hot and delicious. I like the new selections they have..budget friendly. The overall experience was Great! Thank Olive Garden for making my babies night memorable!

I had the same order a few weeks back, and that time, our waiter was very friendly. He recommended a dessert that my family ended up ordering, and he was attentive to our needs throughout the meal. However, I assume this was easier for him because the restaurant wasn't very crowded at that time. I completely understand that waitstaff may take a bit longer when it's busy. Overall, it's a great place, and I highly recommend it. They also serve larger portions than other Olive Gardens, which is why I prefer this location over the one in Mesquite, especially considering the price is the same.

I had a wonderful experience today with a server named Joshue H at table 45. He was the first server I've encountered in the last six months who was genuinely kind to us, especially since we had a baby with us. Typically, servers tend to overlook us, but he was incredibly friendly, engaging with our baby as well as with us. I only wish we could afford to leave more than a 20% tip because he truly deserves it.
