Absolutely great service. very attentive. they delivered excellent selection suggestions. the ambiente did not live to mention the view. I'll be back soon.

The atmosphere and eating is amazing. my weight is when the waitress brought our cocktails, she spiled an empty cup of ice and a part of my mix drink over me. my sport coat and our table were softened for the rest of the evening. they did not offer to change the table cloth. the personal only brought extra serviettes to suck the table cloth. the food came out and it was amazing. the personal was then extra attentive. I and my wife are not those who complain, but most restaurants would at least compose my cocktail or even dessert. they calculated the full price and we paid. again everything else was amazing and my sport coat made it to the more pure.

My boyfriend said that this was the best meal he ever had! We went for my birthday and they made it so special for us. I would highly recommend Monarch for their food, service, and atmosphere!

BEAUTIFUL environment with wonderful views. Drinks were fantastic! IMPECCABLE service! Food: BEST charred octopus we have ever had! Steak was overdone. Lasagne was an odd deconstructed version on the greasy side.
