MidiCi Italian Kitchen – Preston Hollow

The restaurant had a strong smell, maybe from the pizza ovens? It's a seat yourself kind of place, with a basic Italian restaurant menu. The food was good. The staff was very nice!

By looking at the pictures the place looks nicer than it is. The menu is interesting however the food doesn’t live up to it. We ordered a four cheese calzone, the center was cold and the cheese was not melted. This was Valentine’s Day, they were not fully booked, yet the calzone took over 30 minutes to arrive and it was undercooked. Nothing special about the place, it is very ordinary and mediocre. Will not be coming back.

This place must be just open. It took an hour and we still hadn't gotten our pizza. The server was very attentive but there was not a lot he could do. All the tables around us were experiencing the same. Our kids had eaten an appetizer, salad and a main course. We eventually got our pizza to go. We had eaten at another location in atlanta previously and had a better experience. Maybe just teething probems?

Gabriel was the best! Celebrated my birthday and they helped make the evening very special.

Service was terrible, food was OK at best, ambiance of a fast-food joint. They’re trying, but no reason to eat here.
