Liberty Burger - Dallas

We're regulars at Liberty Burger, and it's good but a bit inconsistent. Their meat is decent quality, their toppings are fresh, and their fries are shoestring cut and tasty, but they don't always get the cooking right on the burgers we always order med rare, but sometimes they come out medium well to hockey puck. We still keep going back, so it's not an all the time problem, just occasional, and when they're good, they're quite good.

I'm really disappointed. I left Gaston for three years and it was my first time I tried this place. I just ordered one side of onion rings. And when I opened the box, there were 2 long human hair under one of the rings. I had really bad food poisoning 3 weeks ago and had to miss work. So, now knowing that Liberty Burger is careless as yummy looks like her food, I can't come back here and risk everything.

DIESER PLACE knows food! Let me go! I have never heard of this restaurant until today; I ordered with Door Dash. The burger with the egg upstairs is...not short... specular... and I don't say that because I was hungry. The sweet potato fries were soft and fresh. I haven't tried the stuffed jalapenos yet, but I'm sure I'll be for a treat! I have to order again soon!

So the experience tonight was sad to say the least. I witnessed some things that has made me choose to never go back. Some of the tables were dirty with dishes for quit a long time. Plenty of staff wondering around talking. Servers wearing gloves ..... not sure why Scratching head Rubbing nose Putting hair in ponytail Behind the bar looked as though no one had cleaned all day. Maybe I'm over reading this but, let's be clean in our work place and set the look to be an appetizing experience.

I loved this place I?m a vegan and they had an impossible burger that they can put into any of their burgers and sub and remove to make fully vegan. The Person Who checked me out Scoot was very knowledgeable of what had dairy in it and what didn?t. And the GM Scott was very nice he checked in on us made sure we enjoyed everything and made the experience all the better. And the food is sooo good I ate it before I could take a pic ? but highly recommended.
