Jersey Mike's Subs - Dallas

Every time I order double meat online, it never comes through. The frustrating part is I only realize this once I'm home, since I don’t want to open my sandwich in the restaurant. I keep hoping that the next time I’ll finally get what I paid for, but no luck. It seems like I’m just wasting extra money each time. However, when I order my sandwich directly in the restaurant, I always get exactly what I ask for.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location, but they always get my order wrong when I place it through the app.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike's, and the customer service at this location is genuinely much better than the one on Greenville Ave. I ordered my usual chicken Philly and requested that my meat be cooked with salt and pepper, as I always do at any location. However, it ended up being bland and tasted quite watery, which was really surprising.

Just about once a week I’m here! I have always had a pleasant experience at this location, all of the employees are very welcoming. I must say Brandon makes THE BEST sandwiches though; he knows just the right amount of toppings to put on a sandwich without being soggy or sloppy. Brandon please teach your peers the secret lol! Even during their busy times these guys do great, the manager handles pressure well and gets the sandwiches out. Today was extremely busy! The only comment I have is you guys seem to always forget the extras. I always put extra mayo and I almost never get it! Either way the sandwiches are great and we Apcct you guys!
