Jacob's Spring Grille Hyatt Regency Dfw

I ordered a custom pizza and it was delicious. The service was a bit slow, but understandable given the lack of customers. I wasn't in a rush, so it was not a problem.

My father and I enjoyed dining at Jacob's. The food was delicious.

I made a reservation but was never seated. Despite plenty of empty tables with dirty dishes on them, I was told they had a waitlist that took priority over reservations. I ended up leaving without eating. It was a complete waste of time.

Very nice space, but... Slow service and terrible food. In our party of 8, no one person was happy with their food.
