Independent Bar and Kitchen - Dallas

We had an early dinner on a Friday night and it was quiet at the time when we dictated. our server was very friendly, attentive and efficient. the beer selection was good as it contained a nice selection of local craftsmen. the food was excellent. I had the pasta independent and was the best dish of pasta that I had in dallas that I loved especially. my partner had the reuben and he was impressed. he commented that the carved bark appeared homemade, i.e. not from a package. eating was very cheap, we have definitely good value for money and will soon go back. also we had a table at the window and watch the world over (in deep ellum) was a bonus!

Previously it was great, eating was simply very salty, brusque spruten tasted, burger cooked.

This was my bday celebration and in the rule everything was great and everything would have been perfect if our waiter had been better while we were a table of ten, he seemed better to pay attention to his other tables, empty glasses from the other tables to delete while we left our there, not to make sure that our waterglasses were filled to take our drinks instructions, stood at the bar to drink his water and just get out

They were not open when we showed up for our reservation.

They were out of a lot of items and the waiter never even brought everything we had ordered. The food was just ok.
