I?m used to eating sushi in LA where I?m from and was very happy with my experience here, Hibiki had a laid back ambiance and many different sushi offerings and I liked a the funny names of thevarious rolls. We ended up ordering the sushi boat which was a lot even for 2 people, but everything was good and the server wasvery sweet and attentive. They also had an assortment sake and Ramune sodas to choose from which I enjoyed as well. Definitely agood spot to enjoy sushi in DTDallas!
The sushi was delicious and such a surprise. My boyfriend and I were visiting Dallas for the weekend. We have had sushi in many places. We would say this is one of our top ones, much to our surprise. They use such fresh ingredients, the fish was likebutter and melted in your mouth. We had the Ashley roll, Arizona roll and the screaming orgasm roll. Sorry about the pictures westarted to enjoy our dish before I thought about a picture.
Lots of choices and decent quality we had a group of four people who all had different taste palates (some loved sushi and some didn?t). We ended up ordering the Texas boat for 3 people and it came with enough food to feed all four of us! It had alittle bit of everything and was a great option to accommodate all our tastes. The menu is also pretty large and had a lunchoption that was decently priced.
There were a lot of roll options at this place. However, it was a little difficult to find a roll that I wanted to try that wasnt standard (like the Rainbow Roll) or tempora (fried). I did manage to find a roll though. It was very similar to theCristina Roll from Sushi Zushi. Overall, this place was alright. No frills. Enough options for everyone.
Food was fresh and delicious! It was hard to pick which rolls to get with such a variety, but we were happy with everything! The appetizers were solid really liked the garlic chili edamame! Over all, nice place for sushi and great service!
