Encore Family Karaoke - Dallas

If I could give a zero. My girl weekend went to a great start until a little after 9 we were told that we were 5 minutes away from another group of people who had just gone in a needed room. However, I made a reservation in advance. He said they were busy and we only had 2 hours. After talking to manager Joe and explaining that some of the ladies had just arrived from Houston, and there was no mention that there was a 2 hours Max when I made my card available to keep the room. He said it was on the website. I pulled up the side to let him show me and of course it wasn't there. He asked who confirmed my reservation and I advised Thomas. He said he should tell you!???? There was also no mention in the confirmation email. He pointed out that on the page where you request a reservation, there is and of course it is, why there was no mention on the main page, by Thomas or by Joe when I checked in. He asked me to give him 10 minutes and he would come back with me. Instead of following Joe as a good manager would, he sends the waiter who says he gave us another 30 minutes. I guess I'd give a bad rating, but he didn't care! So I called another karaoke spot Mac Karaoke who said they could get us in now! If you want a nice place, great waiting staff (Helena was THE BEST Hostess), good food and a fantastic atmosphere with better song selections will definitely check Mac Karoake. If you want to sing outdated music and experience terrible customer service, then go to Encore. You'll get rid of yourself!!!

I had no good experience with Encore. I visited Encore with a group of 13 ladies on 17. February. Some of these ladies drove from Houston and only experienced Encore for 5 minutes before the manager Joe left us. Although we had a reservation, we were made to leave because the number of walk-ins was higher than usual. We tried to make arrangements to extend our stay for an additional hour, but Joe wouldn't budge. I suggest visiting Mac Karaoke on the street, they are more friendly, the rooms are bigger, and their song selection is bigger.

I waa part of a group of 13 ladies who were told that we had to leave Encore Famile Karaoke because they had a walk in group that needed Rhe rooms. 6 of us drove to Dallas for a fun weekend. The room in which we were was reserved in advanced subjects and there is no mention of a deadline. The bartender Joe was extremely rude. Here's Suxks!

Came here with family and friends. Reservations was made Manger Josh didn't explain to the party that there was a time limit. Not many R&B selection , no ac in rooms 1 out of 5

Great place for my teens birthday party! They were very accommodating and the kids loved everything about the party.
