El Jordan Cafe - Dallas

I have never been to this restaurant before, but I was impressed with the strong and delicious coffee. The service was excellent, and the french toast was soft, flavorful, and topped with powdered sugar.

A helpful tip: Kick off your day in Bishop Arts with a bag of El Jordan breakfast tacos. Even if you have brunch reservations, it's a good idea to enjoy a pre-brunch snack while waiting to be seated, and you'll definitely want them after your third drink. Another tip: Their phone may not work while the credit card machine is processing, so just keep trying to call.

We were delighted that we decided to have breakfast/brunch at El Jordan. We ordered a bacon omelette, a breakfast burrito, and menudo for two people, and the total came to less than $30. The portions were large, although the breakfast burrito was more of a snack size and priced accordingly. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with friendly service that made it feel like a homemade meal. If you like spicy food, be sure to ask for the spicy red sauce. We highly recommend this place!

I had breakfast here 2 days in a row. Super nice people, great food at a reasonable price. I had huevos ranchero's one morning and the oatmeal with cinnamon the next. Both were delicious!
